Short, because it only covers using this website and asking for a free audit. The actual work is governed by a written agreement, which is a different and longer document.
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by the business trading as Kerbie, based in Parramatta, New South Wales. Contact: hello@kerbie.com.au or 0403 805 280.
Needs professional review
The registered trading name and ABN are not yet published here. Australian Consumer Law expects a customer to be able to work out who they are contracting with, and nobody should be invoiced a monthly retainer by a business they cannot identify. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_NAME and NEXT_PUBLIC_ABN; this block disappears when they are set.
What this page is, and is not
This page covers using this website and asking us for a free audit. That is all it covers.
It is not a services agreement. If you engage us for a website, advertising management or anything else, that work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, term, notice, account ownership, what happens to your advertising spend, and liability. Nothing on this page replaces it or limits it.
The free audit
The audit is free, has no obligation attached, and is yours to keep, act on, ignore, or hand to another agency.
It is our opinion, formed by looking at your website, your Google Business Profile and any advertising we can see publicly. It is not financial advice, it is not a guarantee of any outcome, and the figures in it are estimates based on publicly available data rather than on your account.
We write it within two business days of receiving a complete request. If something is going to take longer, we say so rather than going quiet.
The prices on this site
The published prices are real and are what we charge: $1,790 one-off for a website, $590 a month for advertising management, $890 a month for both. All prices exclude GST.
What they do not include is your advertising spend. That is paid by you, directly to Google, on your own payment method. We never hold it, never invoice it and never take a percentage of it.
A price quoted to you in writing for a specific scope is held for thirty days. If a published price changes after that, the new one applies to new work only — never retrospectively to work already agreed.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee any position in Google's results, paid or unpaid. Position depends on a live auction and on competitors we do not control, and nobody can promise it.
We do not guarantee a volume of enquiries, a conversion rate or a return on your spend. We will tell you what we measured and what we changed, and after the first month you will have real numbers to judge it by.
We do not claim any certification, partnership or accreditation we do not actually hold.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — including that they will be provided with due care and skill and be fit for the purpose we said they were for. Where we are permitted to limit liability for a failure that is not a major failure, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
The sample sites
The pages under /demos are samples we built to show our work. Every business on them is invented: the trading names, the staff, the prices, the reviews and the addresses are all fictional, and the phone numbers come from the ranges reserved by ACMA for use in drama.
They do not represent clients, and no resemblance to a real business is intended. If you believe a sample resembles your business closely enough to cause confusion, email us and we will change it.
Using this site
You may read it, share it, and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anybody else, submit the form with details that are not yours, or use it to send automated submissions.
The text, design and code are ours. The sample sites are ours. The photography was generated for us and is ours to use.
If something goes wrong
Tell us first: hello@kerbie.com.au, or ring 0403 805 280. Most things are a misunderstanding about scope and are sorted out in one conversation.
If that does not resolve it, the dispute is governed by the law of New South Wales and heard in its courts.
Needs professional review
A dispute-resolution clause for an ongoing services relationship — escalation steps, mediation before proceedings, and how a part-month of a terminated retainer is treated — belongs in the client agreement and needs a lawyer. Until that agreement exists this clause covers website use only.
