We would rather talk you out of it.
Every first appointment starts with twenty minutes and no scissors. What your hair has had done to it, what it will actually hold, how much time you are willing to give it in the morning, and how it should look in four months rather than on the day.
If what you have asked for will not survive that honestly, we will say so and offer you the thing that will.

THE ROOM
Four chairs. Never five.
The room was built around the number of people who can be looked after properly at once. It is quieter than a salon usually is, which some people find strange for about ten minutes and then never want to go back from.
